Train for your FIRST (or first in awhile) Half Marathon

I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and experienced running coach who is ready to HELP YOU meet your goal of running or walking the Seattle Half Marathon. Using techniques I've learned through the experience of running 12 marathons, numerous half marathons, and coaching for two years with the Seattle Fit program, I can help you move from recreational running to finishing a half marathon feeling like a Rock Star!

The Program Includes

  • Sixteen Week Training Program, complete with cross training and stretches
  • Optional weeknight run
  • A coach who understands the experiences and needs of new runners (ask me about my “before” pictures)
  • Seminars on nutrition, hydration, avoiding injury, stretching, and other topics essential to meeting your goal
  • Camaraderie with other runners, new and experienced
  • Your own cheer section and support on the race!

When: Beginning Saturdays August 9 at 8:00 a.m. through November 30.
